Pam Harris

I have worked in the finance business since 1996. The first 24 years of my experience started as a Customer Service Representative, then advancing to Assistant Branch Manager and within 4 years I was Branch Manager. I obtained my mortgage license in 2010 and began to work with customers on mortgage loans, as well as consumer lending. While I love and miss working one on one with my customers, it was time to explore new avenues for my career. I came to CIS as the Human Resource Manager in March 2021 and then transferred to the QC/Compliance Manager role in February 2023. I have had the pleasure of working alongside some of the best people while being here and look forward to working with them for years to come. When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my family at church, the lake, or any adventure they want to take.
