CIS Home Loans takes great pride in our ability to provide industry-leading services to our customers without compromising our small-town ideals. That was our mission when we opened up our doors in 1991 and it remains the same today.
CIS established itself as a cornerstone in the home loans marketplace early. Because of this, we’ve been able to maintain long-standing, fruitful partnerships with industry leaders such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. These relationships allow us to stay up to date on the latest trends and programs, while also giving us a leg up over our competitors when it comes to securing home loans with these companies. We’ve procured record-breaking agreements in the past and are focused on doing so now and in the future.
CULTURE & SERVICE
Character Matters. Integrity Is Everything. Serve Others.
“Our Culture is based on these principles. We are dedicated to helping our employees be the best they can be both personally and professionally. Because of these core principles we want our employees to be able to say they are a better person by working here. CIS is not just a workplace but a family where we all share the same professional dreams/goals, and are committed to Character, Integrity & Service.” – Paula Reeves, President
CIS is a national home loan provider but has a small-town, community-based heart for service. From sponsoring 67 children with back-to-school supplies to Valentine’s Day community bake sales, CIS staffers are encouraged to get involved and give back to their communities.
Starting with one location and eight employees in Hamilton, Alabama, in 1991, CIS’s team has expanded to 120 employees in three offices serving customers in 49 states. We’re just a phone call away—with a real person, not a machine, answering during business hours!
