Our Story
In 1991, there weren’t many options for manufactured home loans. From the day we were founded more than 30 years ago, CIS has been doing something that so many companies simply don’t care to: providing easy, affordable pathways to home ownership.
Since starting with just eight employees in Hamilton, Alabama, the CIS team has expanded to over 60 people serving customers in 28 states and Puerto Rico, building long-standing relationships with industry leaders like Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and Ginne Mac—all without ever compromising our small-town values.
We still have real live humans answering every phone call, every question and every challenge that arises along the way.
For over 30 years, our first priority has been—and will always be—building personal relationships with our customers, ensuring that they feel heard and supported.
