TANYA RAPER

Tanya is the Loan Originator and Sales Coordinator. She began her career with the company in 2019 as a Quality Control Analyst and transitioned into the manager role in 2024 as a Quality Control Manager. With a strong eye for detail, she thrives in auditing and compliance work. She is also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and DE Underwriter, bringing extensive knowledge and versatility to her role. 

Outside of work, she enjoys attending her children’s games and school events or escaping to one of her favorite getaway spots—the beach being her absolute favorite. Tanya has been married since 2013, and is the proud mom of five.
