PAM HARRIS

With a career in the finance industry that began in 1996, Pam brings a wealth of experience and leadership to her current role as Director of HR at CIS. She spent the first 24 years of her career advancing from Customer Service Representative to Assistant Branch Manager, and ultimately Branch Manager. In 2010, she obtained her mortgage license and began working directly with customers in both mortgage and consumer lending.

In March 2021, she joined CIS as the Human Resource Manager before transitioning into her current role in February 2023. While she fondly remembers working one-on-one with customers, her passion for growth led her to explore new opportunities in compliance and quality control. She values the collaboration and camaraderie she’s found at CIS and looks forward to continuing to work alongside a dedicated and supportive team.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family—whether at church, on the lake, or chasing the next family adventure.
