HEATHER COOK

Before joining CIS, Heather spent 10 years working in bookkeeping at a local community bank. She became part of the CIS team in May 2013 as a Loan Closer and has since taken on various roles within Mortgage Operations and the Secondary Market. Her passion for the retail lending industry continues to grow, and she enjoys every opportunity to expand her knowledge and expertise.

Based in Hamilton, Heather works from the local office and values the opportunity to collaborate with such a dedicated and supportive team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors—whether it’s hiking, gardening, or yard work—and has a love for travel. She’s currently on a mission to visit every U.S. National Park.
