Joseph Chandler graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. He was commissioned into the Air Force as a 2nd Lieutenant and flew on the B-52 as an Electronic Warfare Officer. Joe deployed on two Combat deployments to Iraq and one Combat deployment to Diego Garcia, flying missions over Afghanistan. He has lived in Texas, Louisiana, Tennessee, and North Dakota while in the Air Force. After almost ten years of service, Joe opted out as a Captain and sought civilian life. Joe used his leadership experience to become a manufacturing supervisor for nine years. He spent six years in Tennessee at Vijon, Inc., and three years at NTN Bower in Hamilton, AL. Seeking a change, Joe found a home with CIS. He has been with the company for two years. Joe began his career with CIS as a Closer and worked his way back into the supervisor world as Operations Supervisor. He is married with three sons and attends Detroit Church of God. Joe enjoys reading, movies, video games, drawing, and outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, hunting, and fishing. He has a wide variety of interests so he can usually “talk shop” with anyone for a little while. Joe is also very good at trivia because of this.
